2 Stocker Gantry
Tsugami’s fully integrated, M08SY 2 stocker gantry system brings automation into shops without the need for 3rd party integration. The robot and its 2 sets of grippers are NC controlled and fully programmable. The stocker’s 4 stations can be configured 2 ways; 2 load and 2 unload, for parts too large for the standard parts catcher and conveyor system or 4 load stations if the parts catcher can be utilized. The stocker system is mounted on a rolling base which allows quick access to the back of the main spindle for maintenance or potential barfed applications.

The robot and its 2 sets of grippers are NC controlled and fully programmable. The stocker’s 8 stations can be configured 2 ways; 7 load and 7 unload, for parts too large for the standard parts catcher and conveyor system or 8 load stations if the parts catcher can be utilized.
All of this sits on top of Tsugami’s proven and robust M08SY platform providing a 13,000 lb rigid turning center with Y-Axis and subspindle. Perform highly complex machining, such as turning, drilling, boring, cross-drilling and CNC milling. The integral spindles on the M08SY minimize vibration and provide superior responsiveness. The entire machine with gantry measures 150” X 74” and supports rear or right hand side chip conveyor discharge, meaning there is enough room for more. Pair all that with a Fanuc Oi-TD control and you have the most value and ease-of-use in class.
