Tsugami America Welcomes Salay Quaranta as Vice President of Sales – North America

Tsugami America, the exclusive North American importer of Precision Tsugami machine tools, announced today that it has appointed Salay Quaranta to the position of Vice President of Sales for North America.

As the Vice President of Sales, Salay Quaranta will lead the sales team, overseeing the Tsugami America Business Unit Managers and Regional Sales Managers in their efforts to meet and exceed the evolving customer demands, positioning Tsugami America ahead in a competitive market.

 Salay Quaranta has nearly two decades of experience in brand and business development within the manufacturing industry, with companies such as TRUMPF, Inc., alongside a decorated engineering background with organizations including Stanadyne Corporation, Fraunhofer ILT, and Joining Technologies.

Salay Quaranta received both her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Connecticut. She is a proud member of Women In Manufacturing and has served on the Industrial Advisory Board for the Optics and Photonics Technology (LEOT) and Electronic Systems Engineering Technology (ESET) at Springfield Technical Community College.
